NIM and Hainan Provincial Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau Signed a Cooperation MoU

On July 3, NIM and Hainan Provincial Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau signed a strategic cooperation MoU in Haikou. Leaders including Wu Qinghai, Deputy Minister of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, and Li Guoliang, Vice Governor of Hainan Province, attended the signing ceremony. Fang Xiang, Director of NIM, and Ling Shengliang, Director of the Hainan Provincial Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau, signed the MoU.

The cooperation, giving full play to the technology and talent advantages of NIM and the regional advantages of Hainan Provincial Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau, will aim at serving the national strategies, the construction of Hainan into an international truism island, and the industrial development in Hainan, and focus on cutting-edge research on measurement in the fields of ocean exploration, health care, environmental detection, high-efficiency agriculture with tropical characteristics and oil & gas industries, thereby enhancing Hainan's quality and technology foundation.
