Technology and Application of Characterization of Foods and Drugs

The team focuses on research of measurement technology and standards of food and drugs, including material purity, key technologies for component characterization in complex substrates, reference materials, quality control and quality evaluation technologies etc. to accept international mutual recognition of reference materials, provides systematic measurement technical services for equipment calibration, new product development, quality improvement, etc.

The team now has 16 members, including 4 researchers.It has undertaken 4 NQI projects, 1 key project of strategic international science and technology innovation cooperation, 2 projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China and Beijing science and technology plan, and published more than 20 SCI papers.
