The team consists of 9 doctors from division of mechanics and acoustics, led by researcher Yang Ping. The team aims to support deep and remote sea detection and monitoring, through the establishment of a new generation of underwater acoustic measurement standards, ocean acoustic detection equipment calibration capabilities, conduct precision measurement research and applications for underwater acoustics, flow noise, dynamic parameters, conduct on-line calibration of ocean monitoring devices and on-line monitoring technology research of ocean parameters, underpin the national ocean strategy and economy.
