Electromagnetic Compatibility

The electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) laboratory was built and put into use in 2008. It consists of a 10-meter semi-anechoic chamber and a 3-meter full-anechoic chamber, as well as various supporting equipment. It can provide a complete test environment without electromagnetic reflection, carry out various EMC tests on measuring instruments, electronic products, automobiles, etc. It provides a complete testing environment and advanced testing equipment for research of EMC, wireless communication, antenna and other projects carried out by NIM. At present, it supports the research of frontier 5G communication projects of National Quality Infrastructure such as antenna array test and complex channel simulation.
