The large torque lab focuses on the key technologies of large torque with high accuracy. With self - developed aerostatic air bearing, the large torque is realized by the dead weight and the lever arm. The standard machine integrates electromechanical control system, precision machining and comprehensive precise measurement technology. Through precise processing, positioning and adjustment of key components such as lever arm, weight suspension mechanism and weight loading system, a 20 kNm high-accuracy large torque standard device has been developed, high-accuracy torque calibration capability of 100Nm~24kNm has been established, the relative uncertainty reached 2e-5 (k=2). After the equipment is completely built, it will serve the industries of high-speed railway, cargo ship, wind power, water conservancy, provide robust technical support for high-end manufacturing in China.
