Delegates can get the conference materials and pay the registration fee at the registration desk. Registration desk is only open at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on

• Oct 19 (Sun) in the lobby, from 1:30 – 5:00 pm, and
• Oct 20 (Sun) outside the Grand Ballroom A, 3rd floor, from 8:30 – 11:00 am.

Delegates living in Guizhou mansion please register on Oct 20 before the meeting or during the coffee break.

On Oct 20, a bus will pick up the delegates living in Guizhou mansion at 8:00 am, a little early because of the registration. Morning pick-up time for other days is 8:30 am. Please wait in the lobby. For any latest notice, please pay attention to the poster in the lobby of the hotel.
