Laser radiometry.

Honnors and awards:

He has won the second prize of national scientific and technological progress twice (the 1st and the 9th, respectively), and has won scientific and technological progress of AQSIQ six times.

Publications:

He has published more than 30 publications in Acta Physics Sinica, Chinese Laser, Acta Metrologica Sinica, etc.

Achievements:

He has established (0.1~70)W Laser Power National Prime Standard, the measurement uncertainty of which is 2% (k=2.5). He has developed many kinds of multi-functional, wide bandwidth, high sensitivity laser detectors for laser power and laser energy measurement, the measurement uncertainty of which is 4% (k=2.5). As a participant, he and his colleges established 15kW Laser Power National Standard.
