Project: Two Way Satellite Time and Frequency Transfer Technology Was Concluded

National Institute of Metrology has convened an appraising meeting for "Two Way Satellite Time and Frequency Transfer Technology" project in Beijing, on October 30, 2012. The appraisal committee has drawn a conclusion that the scheme of this project is correct and the data process software blazes new trails. The TWSTFT system of NIM is stable. Its frequency stability (1 day) is better than 5E-15, and standard deviation (1 day) is better than 0.5ns.
