Radius of Curvature Measurement Equipment Based on Laser Differential Confocal Technique and Non-contact Measurement of Lens Center Thickness

 

A high-accuracy equipment for radius of curvature (ROC) measurement was developed by the project group with Beijing Institute of Technology. It is based on laser differential confocal technique, which can measure the ROC of various optical spherical elements with a relative uncertainty of ROC as small as 2×10-5(k=2). Non-contact measurement of lens center thickness is also realized by this equipment, whose uncertainty is 5μm+0.05%d(k=2).
