Research on Semiconductor Lighting Energy Efficiency Standards and Key Measurement Technology

 

Summary

The project aims to research on commonality and particularity of LED products, performance evaluation method and key technologies of energy efficiency testing for LED products. It focuses on key technologies of total luminous flux and optical power measurement of LED products on different spectral and spatial distribution, in order to solve technical problems in tracing and disseminating of quatitative values of LED products energy efficiency. What’s more, a semiconductor lighting products national energy efficiency standard is expected to be established.

 

Description

Assessment indicators by stages: to establish an international advanced semiconductor lighting energy efficiency standard measurement and test device with independent intellectual property rights in China, which total luminous flux measurement uncertainty ≤ 3%, electric power measurement uncertainty ≤ 0.1%.

Outcomes expected: to complete the key technology research on semiconductor lighting products energy efficiency standard measurement and testing, to establish an international advanced level semiconductor lighting energy efficiency standard measurement and test device with independent intellectual property rights, and to finfish drafting of semiconductor lighting products national energy efficiency standards.
