Overview

The main task of AC Quality Laboratory is to research in measurement technologies of AC qualities, establish and maintain national standards of AC voltage, AC current. AC-DC transformation, AC power and energy. At present, the Lab is focused on establishment of wide-band AC power national standard, and study in fields of transient signal measurement skills, power quality parameters and digital energy meters.

International Cooperation

  • Took part in international conferences, including Conference on Precision Electromagnetic Measurements (CPEM) and The European Association of National Metrology Institutes (EURAMET) on DC and low frequency Conference.
     

  • Cooperation with the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) on the research of AC high currents at high frequencies in 2005.
     

  • Cooperation with the French National Electrical Engineering Research Center (LCIE) on the research of AC high voltage AC-DC transfer measurement in 1999.
