Traceability and delivery key technology for the measurement of nucleic acid in pathogenic microorganism

Ø Certified reference materials(CRM) of genome DNA quantity of phage λ, S. aureus, E. coli O157,  E botulinum, L. monocytogenes, L. pneumophila, et cetera. DNA quantity value was determined by hydrolysis-IDMS, HPLC, dPCR, and Picogreen dye fluorescent, with a stability for 6 to 18 months and an expanded uncertainty of 10~20%. These CRMs could support pathogenic DNA detection.

 

Ø -     Nucleic bases purity CRM, value determined by acid-base titration and HPLC, stability checked above 12 months, with expanded uncertainty 0.5-0.9%. These CRMs were basic blocks for DNA quantity traceable to chemical primary reference then to SI.
