New Generation of Vibration National Standards

The High-frequency vibration national standard (2kHz to 50kHz)

The Mid-frequency vibration national standard (10Hz to 5000Hz) 

The Low-frequency vibration national standard (0.1 Hz to 120 Hz)

 

 

 

The new generation of vibration national standards is accordance with ISO 16063-1, We realized the units of acceleration in the frequency range from 0.1 Hz to 50 kHz using standard measuring devices (national standards) which generate and measure these motion quantities with high accuracy. At present, the acceleration scale is realized in the range from 10-1 m/s² to 105 m/s²;and the sinusoidal displacements at amplitudes from 1 nm to 0.5 m.

 

The new generation of vibration national standards consist of 3 standard devices: a Low-frequency vibration national standard (0,1 Hz to 120 Hz); a Mid-frequency vibration national standard (10Hz to 5000Hz);a High-frequency vibration national standard (2kHz to 50kHz).

 

Each standard devices is compose of the laser interferometer, the acceleration exciters, and the date acquisition measuring system. we using the homodyne interferometer in the frequency from 0.1Hz to 4kHz,and the heterodyne interferometer in the frequency 10Hz to 50kHz, the measuring system are combined a measuring soft with special computer- aided methods and techniques for voltage and charge measurements.

 

We calculated evaluate the expanded uncertainty of measurement of the sensitivity magnitude &phase shift is (0.3%~0.5%)/(0.5°~1.0°)from frequency 0.1Hz to 5kHz,and (0.5°~1.0°)/(1.0°~3.0°) from frequency 5kHz to 20kHz in accordance with ISO 16063-11.
