Image quality evaluation for optical system is of utmost importance for quality inspection of optical elements.  Optical Transfer Functions followed by optical Fourier analysis help to take all elements that influence imaging quality, including aberration, vignetting and stray light, into account. .Through this method, it is possible to evaluate the imaging quality quantificationally and objectively. Working Primary Standard for Optical Transfer Function consists of a set of 50mm plano-convex lenses which has three stander lenses, a set of 200mm cemented doublet which has three stander lenses and a set of working primary equipment.
