High-Speed Close-Range Photogrammetry System and Calibration Standard

 

This project aims to develop a high-speed close-range photogrammetry measurement system as well as a calibration standard. Based upon stereovision method, the high-speed close-range photogrammetry system can measure velocity of moving object. The calibration system consists of a 5m granite rail and an air-suspending slider driven by a linear motor. The slider can move at 2m/s with a linear velocity uncertainty of 20mm/s. This standard can be applied to calibrate high-speed photogrammetric measurement system and other dynamic movement measurement systems.

 

Precision dynamic vision measurement is widely applied in industries such as collision experiment, production line inspection and related fields. This project aims to develop a high-speed close-range photogrammetry measurement system as well as a set of calibration standard.
